Academic Abundance, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides educational and community services to individuals and families in Eastern North Carolina. Special efforts are directed at at-risk youth and low income families.
We promote increased societal welfare through services including but not limited to adolescent health and well being, mentoring, supplemental tutoring, personal development, leadership development, and community enrichment programs.

The Community Advisory Council is an integral part of the work Academic Abundance, Inc. does in Sampson County. Composed of various agencies and organizations which support and assist youth, representatives meet quarterly to review program initiatives and outcomes and discuss current needs and trends of youth in the county.

Clothed in Strength and Dignity
Academic Abundance, Inc. is a proud participant in providing Dignity pouches for schools and agencies which can be distributed to girls who are in need of period products.
Using pencil pouches measuring 8” x 5”, each pouch is packed with pads and tampons. Pouches can be discreetly distributed to girls by a school counselor, health nurse, classroom teacher, health/P.E. teacher or other.
